Tim Goodwin

Tim joined Judge & Priestley in November 2022 as a partner in the Private Client department.

Experience

Tim qualified in 1994 and is a highly regarded Private Client solicitor. Having specialised for many years, he is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Throughout his years of practice, Tim has headed 2 successful Private Client departments in Kent.   

Tim has extensive experience in dealing with:

• Court of Protection work

• Equity Release

He acts for clients from all walks in life and adopts a sensitive and personable approach when dealing with them. Tim is well known for his down to earth advise and pragmatic solutions.

Tim was appointed as Chairman for Age UK Herne Bay and Whitstable in August, 2024, after serving as a trustee for this major charity and often being involved in charitable and fund raising activities. He also acts as  professional Attorney and Deputy for a number clients.

Tim was recently named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Club of Sidcup "in appreciation of tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world."
