Simone Reddington

Simone joined Judge & Priestley in August 2023 and works as a Solicitor in the Housing Management Department.

Experience

Simone has many years’ experience acting for social landlords and local authorities on a wide range of housing matters.

Simone has experience of assisting landlords with disrepair, EPA claims, possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, breach of tenancy injunctions, committal proceedings, service charge disputes, unlawful subletting and squatters.

Outside of Work

Simone enjoys going to the theatre, exploring London, travelling, socialising with friends and spending quality time with her family. Simone volunteers as a Donations Co-ordinator with a fantastic local charity helping families in need within the London Borough of Bromley.
