Roshonara joined J&P in September 2022 and works as the Lead Conveyancing Solicitor in the Blackheath office.

Experience

Roshonara has extensive knowledge of residential property law with over 20 years of experience in this field having qualified in January 2001. She has worked for reputable firms in the city and the East End of London before moving on to J&P.

Roshonara is delighted to have joined J & P to lead up the Residential Property Team at the Blackheath office and is looking forward to the further exciting growth of the department. She brings with her an energetic, positive, professional and enthusiastic approach to the team. Roshonara is greatly respected and well-liked by her clients as her approach to her work is very pragmatic. Roshonara specialises in high value residential property work, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages,  new builds, shared ownership and rights to buy.

Roshonara graduated with an LLB Hons from The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
