Brooke qualified as a solicitor in May 2020 and works in Judge & Priestley’s Residential Property department based at our Sidcup office.

Experience

Brooke joined Judge & Priestley in June 2024, bringing with her years of experience in residential conveyancing. She graduated with an LLB from the University of Hertfordshire in 2016 and completed her LPC and LLM while training part-time at a law firm in Kent.

Brooke specialises in a broad range of residential property matters and provides clear, practical advice to clients navigating the complexities of the property market. She has experience handling:

The purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, including buy-to-let transactions.
Lease extensions.
Auction sales and purchases.
Re-mortgages.
Transfers of equity.
Shared Ownership transactions, including staircasing.
Equity release.

Outside of work

Brooke is an avid gamer with a passion for food and travel. She organises monthly meet-ups with friends at vegetarian-friendly restaurants, where they review dishes and explore new cuisines.
