Leaseholders Open Evening, 11th July 2019 in Beckenham.

Judge & Priestley solicitors will be holding an open evening for leaseholders to learn about and discuss any legal issues in relation to their lease, with a member of J&P’s expert leasehold team.

The event will be held at Judge & Priestley’s new Beckenham office, at 108 – 110 High Street, Beckenham, BR3 1EB. Our solicitors will be available on a first come first served basis, from 5.00 pm to 7.30 pm, on Thursday 11th July 2019.

Our expert, professional and friendly team will be happy to discuss your individual and collective rights as a leaseholder. So if you want to find out more, or have a query about any aspect of your lease, then please come along to the evening.

Common leaseholder issues we frequently get asked about include;

  • Extending your lease using either the statutory or non-statutory route,
  • Purchasing the freehold of your block,
  • Exercising your collective Right to Manage
  • Any other leasehold dispute, over issue such as; service charges, S20 consultation issues, breach of lease etc.
