As a Trainee or Paralegal at Judge and Priestley….

you will be working closely with expert solicitors who understand the learning and training process.  Our trainees and Paralegals have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of work from our diverse client base and be motivated to strive to move up the career path.

We want to recruit talented people to join us and remain within the firm.  We nurture our Paralegals and Trainees, to progress them through a journey and grow their careers. We see investing in early careers as investing in the future of Judge and Priestley.

You should be a bright enthusiastic candidate with proven academic aptitude and have the genuine desire and talent for a career in law. As an able and committed team player you should enjoy legal research and be committed to taking the lead on enhancing your knowledge to ensure you have a strong understanding of the law, as well as having a practical problem-solving approach to your work and the ability to think creatively whilst working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

There will be intellectually challenging work and you will be and be provided with the support needed to flourish into an outstanding solicitor. Hard work is expected  and plenty of commitment to achieve the best results for the firm and our clients and of course yourself.
