Investors in People

Investors in People (IIP) is an international standard achieved by organisations which follow excellent practises in people management. Based on 25 years of leading practice, the Investors in People Standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

We have been continuously accredited since 2005 and it is a requirement of Investors in People that we undergo a rigorous reaccreditation assessment every 3 years.  The results of out latest assessment were announced in September 2017 and we are very pleased to announce that we have successfully achieved IIP Accreditation once again.
